WingChun Seminar

The International Academy of WingChun (IAW) presents an exciting WingChun Seminar at our Academy of WingChun Berkeley, California. During this special event — open to any interested parties of the general public — you will learn:

• Forms: Improve your alignment, balance, coordination, energy and intention in specific technical sequences• Exercises: Train your mental force, focus and flow through rhythmic cycles of limb combinations• Applications: Use your WingChun concepts and movements as Self-Defense via dynamic partner interactionsIAW Members who have fulfilled their training requirements may apply for (1st to 9th) Student Grade testing and certification with approval of their responsible instructor.
