• Forms: Improve your alignment, balance, coordination, energy and intention in specific technical sequences• Exercises: Train your mental force, focus and flow through rhythmic cycles of limb combinations• Applications: Use your WingChun concepts and movements as Self-Defense via dynamic partner interactions. IAW Members who have fulfilled their training requirements may apply for Student Grade testing and certification with approval of their responsible instructor.
