Movement Class

Part of being a great martial artist is also to be a great mover. So what are the movement skills that are most relevant and translatable to high level effectiveness in WingChun? Why are the most conventional exercise concepts total BS? How do I get more power and why power training in the gym does not always translate into power for your striking and kicking.
Be prepared to:
1) learn a little bit about Anatomy
2) learn some Core Concepts
3) do some strange exercises that might look strange
4) work hard and have fun
